Our background was forged in complex building environments—including medical suite tenant improvements, fire rebuilds, seismic structural upgrades, and high-performance Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) buildings. Over decades of field leadership, one reality became undeniable: building excellence can no longer stop at the framing; it must extend to the air quality, sound levels, and emissions of the equipment on site.

That commitment inspired the founding of Pacific Green Machine (PGM). By deploying zero-emission, 100% electric heavy machinery—including the flagship First Green Elise 1200 skid steer—we empower contractors and municipalities to bid cleanly, meet strict CARB clean-air mandates, and operate indoors without exhaust fumes or hazardous noise.

My goal is simple: demystify the construction process for my clients so they feel confident from pre-construction planning through final inspection. Backed by a Project Management Certification from UC Berkeley, I manage budgets, schedules, and engineering details with absolute transparency.
